Heart to Heart - 4

"Bentley"
(Daisymead's Lion King ex Ch. Topper Daisymead First Blush)

"Bentley" is doing great.  I'm enclosing a couple of pictures.  Of course we think he is very photogenic.  He is very affectionate and we are so happy to have him with us."  (Owners:  Ken and Mary)

Daisymead's Jack of Hearts
(Daisymead's Lion King son)

"Here is "Jack" at Halloween.   He is a very beautiful and loving dog. "Jack" is very friendly and out-going.   He loves his walks and sits before every road crossing until he has permission to cross."    Owner - Angela

 Lackner's Blues Brother
"Jake"
( Daisymead's Playing to Win ex Daisymead's Play It Again Sam)

Jake has just turned a year old and he's such a sweetheart."   (Owner:  Linda)

"Baxter"

"Baxter is keeping us quite busy!  Needless to say, we love him!  His feline siblings are still adjusting, but overall glad to have him here, too.   He finished puppy school in March, and had his first haircut (although we left his cute alfalfa sprout).  This picture was taken 1 month ago after his haircut.  He continues to grow, but will always be our baby."
(Owners:  Jeff and Lisa)

"Dugan"
Daisymead's Let's Go Back to Mass
(Daisymead's Playing to Win ex Daisymead's Love Letter)

"
Dugan" or "Woogies" as we call him, is the most wonderful boy. He must sleep at the top of the bed with his head on my husband’s head and of course I get the other end in my face.  Can that boy snore like an old man!  Wow!  It is so loud that I have, many a night, yelled to my husband to roll over thinking it was him!" - (Owners Shawna and Brian.)

"Charlie"
(BIS/BISS CH Daisymead's Playboy, ECM ex Daisymead's Miss Annie Blue)

He is absolutely THE BEST!!!  A wonderful nature, always happy and wanting to please, and always so much fun!  He is very smart and learns things quickly.  In this photo, I caught him on the couch with his head atop 2 pillows (he always finds the most comfortable spot!).  We just love him so much and can’t imagine life without him."  (Owner:  Janet)

Daisymead Chantilly Lace
(CH Daisymead's Playboy, ECM ex Daisymead's Miss Annie Blue)

"Lacey"

"Lacey" continues to be a joy to us.  She has the most delightful personality and is loving and playful, reacting differently to each one of us.  Jim has admitted he has never loved a dog as much as "Lacey"!  (I knew that he'd be hooked on English Cockers as soon as he experienced one -- they are a wonderful breed)."  (Owner:  Rosemarie)

"Kobe"

"You gave us "Kobe" (formerly Ricky) about a year and a half ago.  He is a wonderful companion, and so handsome.  We have
a new baby and he is very protective of her.  He sits at my feet while I feed her making sure no one
disturbs us.  He loves to run and play but he is also a great snuggler.  We feel so blessed to have him as
part of our family.  Thank you so much."  (Owner - Stephanie)

"Smokey"
CH Daisymead's Call to Glory
(CH Lynanns Risky Business, ECM x Stardust Bold and Beautiful)

"CH Daisymead’s Call to Glory has remained a champion to our family.  We call him "Smokey" because of his coloring and the 'S' on the top of his head.  He is a mellow guy until it is time for a meal, then he becomes very excited.  He walks over three miles a day and on his walks we often visit pet shops, the library, Harvard Square, drugstores, bookstores, hardware stores and friends.  "Smokey" knows all the places in the area that give him a treat!  We have met many  people because of Smokey.  People smile when they see him and are more apt to speak to us when he is along.  He has been called handsome, beautiful and wise looking.   We feel blessed that Smokey is a part of our family."  (Owners - Marcia and Bill)

"Emily"

"Thanks a lot, Barb.  We are particularly happy with Emily.  She is a great little dog."  (Owner:  Ian)

"Fergus, Victor and Morgan"

From left to right:  "Guinevere", "Ferghus", "Victor" and "Morgan".  Boxers are "Hannah" and "Ginger".

"We have been so lucky to have shared our lives with four fabulous Daisymead English Cockers.  My friend, Daisymead Arthur's Blue "Merlin", was our first wonderful boy.  He crossed to the Rainbow Bridge two years ago at the age of fifteen.  We now share our home with "Guinevere" (our beautiful English rose!), "Victor" (our older English gentleman) and sweet, young "Ferghus".  They all are part of our family which includes "Carlo", a blue and gold macaw, and "Ginger", our wonderful "old lady" Boxer.  I cannot imagine a life that did not include this wonderful breed (English Cockers).
"    (Owner:  Richard)

"Nigel"

"Hi, Barb, yes, Nigel and I are residing in Longmont, Colorado, now and he seems to be loving the snow, as you can see from some of the photos I've attached.   He is in fine health and spirits and has become something of a celebrity in my neighborhood, which is full of dogs.  Eagerly awaiting the spring thaw so I can begin locating my missing shoes that are buried somewhere under the snow in the backyard.  Hope all is well with you and "Nigel's" extended family."  Owner - Mike
